Anyway while trying to install it recently on my Windows 7 machine I kept getting a 2739 error and wanted to shore how I fixed it since it was tricky to find information on the error for Windows 7 64-bit.

Here’s what you want to do:

Open the CMD window as an administrator – To do this click the Windows button, then search ‘cmd’, then right click and select ‘Run as Administrator’.

Next type ‘cd c:\windows\syswow64′ and press ENTER to change the directory.

Now type ‘regsvr32 jscript.dll’ and hit ENTER

Now type ‘regsvr32 vbscript.dll’ and hit ENTER

That should be it. Try the AdWords Editor install again and you should have no 2739 error.
